Why Join the Food Offering ?
Develop Mindfulness and Intention
Offering food is not just a physical act—it is a mindful practice. In the Buddha’s time, laypeople were taught to offer with awareness and good intention, recognizing the mental state with which they gave. Today, you too can use this opportunity to practice mindfulness by preparing the food with care, walking with awareness, and offering it with a focused and respectful heart. Through this, the act becomes a meditation in motion, nourishing not only the monks, but your own mind.
Friday
The pindapata offering starts at 8:15 AM—follow the route to join.
